We understand that travel plans can change. Here's how cancellations and modifications work at 11 Haven Street:
• You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 5 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
(For instance, if your check-in is on January 8, you can make changes until 11:59 PM on January 3.)
• After this deadline, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and the full amount will be charged.
• To make any changes or request a cancellation, please email us directly at team11haven@gmail.com with your booking details.
• If you made your reservation through a third-party platform (such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.), please note that cancellations or modifications must be handled through the same platform.
• Refunds are initiated promptly from our end, but depending on your payment method or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking, with no exceptions.
• We do not offer refunds for early check-outs or shortened stays, regardless of the reason.
